Located in the far northeastern corner of Queens, Little Neck is just to the east of Douglaston. The Little Neck Hills neighborhood offers luxury homes and new construction, while southern Little Neck has a number of ranches and two-family homes. Prices range from $600,000 for small ranches on the south side of the community into the millions for homes in Little Neck Hills on the north side of the Long Island Expressway.
